The crucial thing to remember, and the T&Cs are super clear on this, is that Gold Coins have absolutely no real-world cash value. You cannot redeem them for anything tangible. Zito Points, on the other hand, are where the "rewards" come in. These are their loyalty points, and you cannot purchase them directly, and you don't win them by playing games. Let's talk about the UX (User experience) of Zito Box both on the website and mobile. It's too simplistic.
